Lead Physiotherapist/ Co-owner
Hello, I’m Windsor, a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who dedicated the last decade to tailoring my career within public health and evidence-based treatments. I work in a busy NHS outpatient service, where I split my time between clinical practice, research with the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR), and championing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) across the trust. I also provide high-quality pre-and post-operative care at private orthopaedic hospitals.

I hold a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Keele University, where I graduated with Merit and served as Vice President for the Society of Allied Health Professions (2022). I completed my core placements at the University Hospitals of North Midlands in Acute Stroke, Critical Care, Respiratory Outpatients, Pulmonary Rehab, Renal/Oncology, Katherine House Hospice, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and Sports Injuries for under 18s.

My journey began with a love for sports, leading to a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Sciences from Manchester Metropolitan University, where I graduated upper second and earned the Future Skills Award (2018). My early career included roles as a strength & conditioning assistant coach and pitch-side therapist for Congleton Town Men's first team and Port Vale under 18s and academy under 16s football teams.
My wife and I are dedicated to providing high-quality care, helping you focus on what matters most—your physical health, relationships, and peace of mind.
